Why "The Design Farm"? The name is a combination of my past upbringing on a farm with my present-day life as a graphic designer. I was raised on a farm outside Mulberry Canyon near Abilene, Texas. Beyond the blessing of my parent's foundation in Christ, the greatest attribute instilled in me was a work ethic. Whether the task was herding cattle or covering hundreds of acreage by tractor, the end result was the same ... don't quit ... finish the job ... and finish well. These farm-formative years sculpted me into the designer I am today. Although I've traded the outdoor lifestyle of dusty farm roads for an air-conditioned electronic desktop, my work ethic remains the same.
